Intelligent Thermal Control System

High-Precision DCS Combustion Control

The project is equipped with a precision DCS (Distributed Control System) for the rotary kiln, enabling real-time digital monitoring of temperature, pressure, and combustion atmosphere. This intelligent approach ensures exceptional stability throughout the calcination process. Furthermore, the production line integrates an Integrated Waste Heat Recovery System. By recycling thermal energy generated during calcination, the system significantly enhances heat conversion efficiency and drastically reduces energy consumption per unit of production.

Environmental Stewardship & Compliance

The facility features high-performance dust collection and flue gas purification systems, capable of effectively capturing particulates and neutralizing hazardous gases. This closed-loop environmental design ensures that all emission levels are significantly lower than industry standards. By optimizing energy efficiency and strengthening filtration, the project achieves a substantial reduction in $CO_2$ and pollutant emissions, aligning perfectly with China’s national “Green, Low-carbon, and Energy-saving” industrial policies.

Thanks to the uniform calcination of our rotary kiln process, the active lime produced features high physical strength and superior chemical reactivity.

In Steelmaking: It serves as a premium slag-forming agent, significantly enhancing desulfurization and dephosphorization efficiency to improve final steel quality.

Broad Industrial Reach: Beyond metallurgy, our product is widely utilized in the energy-saving building materials industry and environmental desulfurization projects, fostering a harmonious balance between resource development and environmental protection.

After the contract, Shuanglong Group has actively carried out the project implementation work, produced and delivered as planned. The delivery work started from Oct. 2024, and now the whole project is in full swing during the installation process, it is planned to be completed till September, 2025.
