Product Introduction:

The grate machine-rotary kiln-ring cooler, grate machine-rotary kiln wall fired pelletizing method refers to the iron ore pelletizing method that uses the grate machine-rotary kiln system for roasting. The system is a combined device consisting of a grate machine, a rotary kiln and a cooling machine. The green pellets are dried, dehydrated and preheated on the grate machine, then consolidated at high temperature in the rotary kiln, and finally enter the cooler for cooling to obtain the finished pellets.

Product Advantages:

Strong adaptability to raw materials and many product solutions. It can process magnetite, hematite, concentrate iron ore, limonite or mixed ores, and can also use raw materials such as sulfuric acid slag, vanadium-ilmenite and iron-containing dust sludge from steel plants to produce pellets. Among its product plans, it can produce acidic pellets and flux pellets for iron-making, as well as high-grade oxidized pellets used as direct reduction raw materials and steel-making raw materials.

Single machine has large production capacity. Compared with shaft furnaces, the grate machine-rotary kiln system has a large single-machine production capacity of 600,000-4 million t/a, creating favorable conditions for the construction of large-scale pellet plants.

The pellets are uniform and of good quality. Different from shaft furnaces and belt roasters, pellets continuously roll from the end of the kiln to the head of the kiln in the rotary kiln, and each pellet has the same roasting conditions. Therefore, the pellets are uniform and of good quality.

Wide range of fuels used. In addition to heavy oil or gas, the grate machine-rotary kiln system can also use pulverized coal as fuel.
