Product Introduction:
Pottery sand is a ceramic particle product with high fracturing strength. It is mainly used for underground support in oil fields to increase the production of oil and natural gas. It is an environmentally friendly product. This product is made of high-quality bauxite, coal and other raw materials. It has a good effect on increasing oil and natural gas production. Simply put, the production of petroleum proppant ceramsite sand can be summarized as crushing, batching, grinding, pelletizing, calcination, coal powder preparation, finished product cooling, screening, packaging and other processes. The main raw material is high-grade bauxite.
The equipment for producing pottery sand is a rotary kiln. The cylindrical main kiln body is placed on a supporting roller at an angle of about 3° to the horizontal. The material enters the kiln at the high end. Under the action of the rotary motion of the kiln body, the material rolls down from the high place (kiln tail) to the low place (kiln head). At the same time, at the kiln head, a high-pressure fan sprays pulverized coal (or natural gas and other fuels) into the kiln and makes it fully burned. The heat generated causes physical and chemical changes in the material, causing expansion. After cooling, it becomes pottery grain.
